Gary E. Biaggi Silva

Mr. Biaggi- Silva obtained a BS in Industrial Management from the school of Business Administration of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus (1999), a Juris Doctor degree, from the Pontificial Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law (2002). Mr. Biaggi is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
He was an attorney at Biaggi & Biaggi, P.S.C. from 2002 to 2014 concentrating in the areas of commercial and mortgage lending, real estate and banking transactions for financial institutions, such as Westernbank Puerto Rico, FirstBank Puerto Rico, Doral Mortgage, HF Mortgage, Scotiabank Puerto Rico, RG Mortgage, and VIG Mortgage. In 2014, while living in the state of Florida, he co-founded a construction company where he managed the financial, contractual and permitting aspects of the business. Since to joining Adrián J. Hilera, PSC, in 2018, Mr. Biaggi has been counselling various financial institutions primarily in collections, foreclosures, and workouts.
His principal areas of practice include collections and foreclosures; and, real estate and lending transactions.
