Luis Angel Velázquez-Mass

Mr. Velázquez-Mass obtained a BA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico in 1986 and a Juris Doctor from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 1999.
Upon graduation, Mr.Velázquez-Mass joined the firm of Llorens Santini Law Offices as an associate attorney for six years concentrating in civil and commercial litigation, as well as consumer mortgage lending for financial institutions, such as Doral and HF Mortgage. From 2006 until 2007, Mr. Velázquez-Mass was an associate attorney at the law firm of Matta & Matta, P.S.C, where he focused his law practice on Personal Injury and Tort Liability Claims, and Insurance Law. Prior to joining Adrián J. Hilera, PSC, as an associate attorney, Mr.Velázquez-Mass worked for the law firm of Frau & Associates from 2007 to 2012, concentrating in Foreclosures, Debt Collection, General Litigation, and General Notary Work Law for the main banking institutions in Puerto Rico, including Banco Santander, Doral Bank, Scotiabank and FirstBank Puerto Rico.
Mr. Velázquez-Mass is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. His principal areas include real estate and commercial collections and foreclosures; and consumer mortgage lending.
